All Gold Reserve Trading products are digital and are delivered instantly via download or access link after purchase. Because they are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” refunds are handled under the specific terms below rather than as a standard return.

Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please contact us first — we would much rather make it right than have you file a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital goods may be disputed with evidence of delivery and access.
